motobecame vs schwinn road bike?

I need a bike to ride in the city. The Motobecame is done in France and apparently is hard to find. It is $ 20 and I personally test this height. The Schwinn came with the specifications and have not tried it yet. I need something to travel to and from work, however, it would be a walk of 15 miles round trip bike. Tell me what the best option. Definitely get the Motebecame. I do not know how many years is the schwinn but probably made in Asia. Would not it be better to have a French motorcycle? The sweet sounds Motebecame at a good price.
