Where I can take a pleasant stroll along Rock Creek Park around Dupont, Woodley, Cleveland? Where and what evidence?

Almost no traces on the Internet that I can find. If I walk through the Woodley Park area, where a walking trail? Are there multiple? Is it just for Hague drive? Rock Creek Parkway? Am I sharing with cars and bicycles? Why no maps of the trails in Rock Creek Park? I just want to see where can take a nice, safe walk in the park.

here is the map of the trails. http://www.nps.gov/rocr/planyourvisit/upload/rocrmap1.pdf
