Sciatica Biking
sciatica pain, from a herniated disk.?
im 16, have herniated disk, l4-l5. and im pretty sure i just got sciatica.. i had a hernaited disk for a yaer now, pain free for a month or two, then i biked and it started to hurt, i stopped biking, and now, i have tiny little jolts of pain on my left theigh,
now when i walk, it seems to bother me more when i put my foot on the ground to step, it isnt really painful, but it feels tingily, and numb.
does it seem like sciatica???
should it go away?
jolting pain from my leg started yesterday, my foot thing started today, i feel the pain around the ankle and the top of my foot.
The two might not be connected, therefore see a Doctor and get it seen too. Best of Luck
