How long after injury could start bleeding internally?

I had a bicycle crash last Tuesday (July 29), when I hurt my knee and has a few scratches. Today (4th August), the chest is a little sore right when there was a bruise. I had given account before the concussion, but there was no pain. Undoubtedly, the bleeding would not only be from now at this late stage, 5 days after the fall? Or what else could it be? Maybe I slept on it funny? Put my mind at rest here please! Thanks

would have started earlier than today. would require much more force to initiate internal bleeding from a fall. its probably just a bruise, and slept on it wrong.
