Anyone seen the Lake CX401 CFC road cycling shoe ?

Well, I’m looking for similar but for mountain biking, shoe must have BOA lacing and be lightweight, I purchased a Specialized version a year and a half back, but need something on the lines of the Lake shoe. But not at 400 dollars / euros / pounds !!!

JensonUSA.com has the Lake MX-400 on sale for $99. The only thing about those shoes is that the sole tends to come off the shoe in 5 rides or so, so beware. The insoles are heat conformable though.

coloradocyclist.com has the Lake MX-330 on sale for $149.99 which is a steal. I would buy them, but I don’t have big enough feet.

Both of these shoes are BOA and carbon fiber and under 400 grams.

The Lake MX-170 is Boa and can be found for $129.99 online. It’s 400 grams, but not carbon fiber.

Lake makes good shoes with good rubber treads and Kangaroo leather uppers.
