road cycling routes in New Jersey?

I'm looking for a bike path ideal for riding my road bike. I saw Springfield, New Jersey. A path that I have one, down the road level up good and that, fundamentally, something where I can train I used to worry about traffic is busy or slow to a group of people crossing the street. Any suggestions or paths or anything that would useful. Also, if anyone knows any good cycling clubs in the region would be useful.
