What is a fair price for this 2006 Yamaha R6 (Raven)?

I’m looking to purchase a 2006 Yamaha R6. I found one that has 1,400 miles, Sato rear sets, integrated rear blinker with fender eliminator, and woodcraft cut frame sliders. The asking price is $6000. I’m looking to spend only $5,500, am I being unreasonable?

Any opinions what a fair price would be (assuming everything about the bike is in working order and hasn’t been tipped/crashed/rashed etc..)

It is an R6(R) not the S type.

5500 cash will be hard for him to refuse. Start off by offering him 5000. You never know he may take it, it’s called haggling.
